Order Cancellation

To cancel your web order, email us before the item is dispatched. However, if you cancel your order after it is dispatched, the company will hold you liable for 50% of the shipment charges.

Conditions for Returns

The product should be delivered in the exact packaging box it was delivered. Do not try to wrap the product with duct tape or stickers.

Print & paste the return label on the parcel to avoid inconvenience in the process.

Refund Policy

If your pre-paid order is canceled due to the unavailability of the product, we are entitled to give you a full refund, which shall be processed within 7-12 business days.

If you are entitled to the refund as per returns policy, the company holds the right to assess the returned product and then refund you the amount within 8-14 business days.
